Barcoding photons can provide a host of functionalities that could benefit future quantum communication systems and networks beyond today's imagination. As significant application barcoding photons, we introduce code division multiple-access (CDMA) for various applications. In this context, discuss the fundamental principles novel CDMA (QCDMA) technique based on spectrally encoding decoding continuous-mode light pulses. particular, present mathematical models QCDMA modules are in describing an ideal typical system, such as signal sources, spectral phase operators, M$\times$M broadcasting star-coupler, receivers. paper considers unified approach where input pulses take any form pure states Glauber number states. For states, one observe features like entanglement interference. More interestingly, due to Heisenberg's uncertainty principle, signals sent by photon obtain complete at time measurement. Therefore, receiver output, multiaccess inter-signal interference vanishes. Due received intensity photodetector's output changes from coherent detection scheme incoherent Our model is valuable design data modulations point-to-point communications, pulse shaping, radar inputs continuous mode signals.
